Trust me, the "deeper blacks" of a VA panel don't mean much if it causes black smearing, just making it all look like vaseline (unless you buy one of the two Samsung Odyssey monitors that don't have that problem). The VA ghosting and smearing, in my opinion, is worse than the typical IPS glow and backlight bleed with IPS panels.
